Biography

Ms. Joyce has served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Southern States since 2013. Prior to joining Southern States, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First Financial Bank, a NASDAQ listed institution for a portion of time during her tenure, from 1992 until 2013. From 1986 until 1992, Ms. Joyce worked in the audit division of a major accounting firm. Ms. Joyce is a member of the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Accounting from the University of Alabama, in Huntsville.
