Biography

Mr. Hitson is a partner at Burr & Forman LLP, a law firm in Birmingham, Alabama, a position he has held since 2005. Mr. Hitson holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University and a Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. Upon graduation from law school in 1996, Mr. Hitson spent a year working as a judicial law clerk at the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. Mr. Hitson is licensed to practice law in Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi, and has handled matters in multiple state and federal courts across the United States.
