Headquartered in Anniston, Alabama, Southern States Bancshares, Inc. is a bank holding company that operates primarily through our wholly-owned subsidiary, Southern States Bank. The bank is a full service community banking institution, which offers an array of deposit, loan and other banking-related products and services to businesses and individuals in our communities. Southern States Bank operates 13 branches in Alabama and Georgia and two loan production offices in Atlanta. The bank was founded in August 2007 by a group of financial executives and prominent business leaders with a shared vision to invest in highly experienced people and technology to offer high levels of personal service to our clients.
